Three styles, three uses
The alternating fence places its boards staggered on either side of the rails: semi-open, it filters the wind and preserves privacy without forming a wall. The louvre fence angles its boards: maximum visual screening while letting air circulate – valuable in windy areas. The grooved posts + interlocking boards version gives a solid fence with the simplest assembly: the boards slide into the grooves.
