Framing timber and joists come from the same species as our decking boards and receive the same autoclave treatment.
Stable and durable, they are suitable for all types of outdoor construction and layouts such as sheds, carports, chalets and cabins, and for ensuring the long life of the deck.

Advantages:

Use class 4 allows the joist to be placed in contact with the ground, which class 3 does not. Class 4 treatment costs much more than class 3, but the durability of the wood is not comparable. Our framing timber and joists are packed in bundles with laths between each row: the space created ensures even impregnation and a significantly longer service life.

Applications:

Thanks to quality sawing and planing, these joists can be used for many purposes (structural framing, cladding, decking, pergolas…).
Class 4 pine joists are ideal for deck subframes or any other outdoor use.
