To cope with sun and rain, the wood receives a premium surface treatment with clear UV-resistant varnish:

• Upper surfaces: 2 extra-thick finishing coats for maximum protection against abrasion, stains and sunlight.

• Lower surfaces: 2 coats of clear varnish for complete sealing and biological protection of the wood.

2. A “high-safety” reinforced steel frame

No more wobbly party tables. This event furniture stands on an extremely sturdy frame:

• High-strength steel: hot-rolled steel angle frame (L-shaped), 3 mm thick before painting.

• Double corrosion protection: the steel is fully galvanised, then powder-coated in green RAL 6005.

• Structural reinforcements: under each table top and bench, 2 wooden cross-bars of 45×45 mm are varnished and screwed into pre-drilled holes.

• Maximum safety: the set includes a reinforced frame locking system and high-end fittings with self-locking (anti-loosening) nuts.
